🎯 Your Mission

‍

To produce high-impact video content that showcases the world’s most extreme running events. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage from the ends of the Earth into compelling narratives that highlight the cultural diversity and personal breakthroughs of our global running community.

🔧 Responsibilities

‍

• Narrative Storytelling: Edit raw event footage into powerful short-form and long-form videos that focus on the "why" behind the runners, capturing diverse voices and unique life stories.
• Multi-Platform Content: Produce high-energy Reels/TikToks, cinematic YouTube features, and professional event highlights tailored for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Creative Post-Production: Handle color grading, sound design, and motion graphics to reflect the premium, "world's best" aesthetic of the Runbuk brand.
• Global Representation: Curate and cut footage that celebrates runners from different cultures, backgrounds, and abilities, ensuring our content is as diverse as our start lines.
• Archive Management: Organize and manage a vast library of breathtaking footage from the most remote locations on the planet.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align video aesthetics with upcoming event launches and athlete spotlights.

✅ Requirements

‍

• Proven Experience: 2+ years of video editing experience (portfolio showcasing sports, adventure, or documentary-style travel is a must).
• Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Experience with After Effects is a major plus.
• A "Cool" Eye: An innate sense of pacing, music selection, and visual style that meets the standard of the "world's coolest" running events.
• Cultural Empathy: A talent for identifying and highlighting the emotional, human-interest elements of a story.
• Self-Starter: The ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines while managing multiple event projects.
• Bonus: You are a runner, adventurer, or have experience editing footage shot in extreme weather conditions.
